# 1 Star at Tonight's Game:

No one (well, no one, besides me in this house) was particularly enthused about seeing the Canuck's play this evening. Maybe it was because I was going along. Not cool.
Not cool to be seen with your mom in public.
I wasn't allowed to cheer, comment, boo, have an opinion, or be disappointed. I was to sit quietly. And if at possible, arrange to be invisible.

It was a great game, regardless.
And by the time the final goal was scored in overtime, I was ignoring Drew's embarassment, and jumping all over the place. Even snuck in a victory dance (well, more like a wiggle) before he caught a glimpse of me out of the corner of his eye and said, "No, mom. Just no."

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Rain held off till late this evening. A fitting way to end a weekend.
2. Payday is just around the corner. I'm thankful I have a job. SO thankful.
3. Cadbury Cream Eggs are available again. Sickeningly sweet, I know. Bur their arrival announces Spring somehow...

Shalom,
