YOU have to come next year.
I meant to write all about it last night. So I brought my laptop to bed with me and started to choose which pics to post, keeping track of the best ones by noting their numbers in a notebook and the next thing I know my neighbour is starting up his diesel truck in the corner of my bedroom and it's morning.
He wasn't actually in my bedroom. Nor was his truck. It just sounds that way when my window is open.
But never-the-less it's morning and it's the first time that sleep has won over blogging. I slept like I was dead for 9 hours cuddling a piece of computer equipment, a notebook and a pen and it was satisfying.
Blogger is not allowing me to post any photos at this time so I will pout and take a shower instead.
Then I'm off to return my house on wheels.
Memories and images to follow.
Eventually.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. We all got there and back safely.
2. My dad and mom cleaned the motorhome for me. Dad scrubbed the outside and mom sanitized the inside, while Drew and I emptied it. It will take the rest of the summer for me to put everything away.
3. My bro-in-law took the Max and Zac back to camp and my sister invited me over for a BBQ salmon dinner which I mostly slept through.
I am one helluva lucky chick.
4. I had 11 of the most awesome "kids" (can you call guys in their 20's "kids"?) experiencing Creation with me... THANK YOU to Clint, Max, Drew, Mandi, Zac, Corey, Andrew D, Adam, Kevin, Andrew P, Jon (and partime residents Derek and Clark) for making Creationfest 2006 so memorable. Love you guys.
Shalom,
