You just say to yourself, "Enough. No more." And then you walk away from it. And pray for strength that you don't cave and google more Office related websites causing you to OD on John Krasinski.
The decision has been made. I will now, officially, switch over to the final season of West Wing and hope I don't develop a life threatening crush on Jimmy Smits or Josh Lyman...
