Snow, snow go away...purple pansies want to play...

He left the house on Tuesday night in a foul mood. Due to many nights of attitude and my inability to cope with it, he (and by association, everyone else in the house) is grounded from the TV for 900 years. So when he left to go to his "guys only" youth night at Mr. Dave's house, I was happy to see him and his grumpy leave.

Two and a half hours later someone looking like Drew came back home.
But this Drew was smiling. And cheery.
He'd been welding.

And made a metal man.

What would it cost to set up a welding shop in my garage?
It may be worth it if it gets me through his teenage years.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Max bought his Christmas present from me tonight. I just have to re-imburse him and wrap it up. One down. Ten to go.
2. Friday is a day off for me. Our staff Christmas dinner is Friday night, and we get the day off to prepare...
3. Drew doesn't freak out before dentist appointments anymore.
Shalom,

Love the prose -- purple pansies come out to play. Thanks for the smile. :)
