Without cows keeping things in check, certain types of vegetation grew out of control.
And the shelter fell over.
And the creek isn't as inviting.
And the crossing is covered in blackberry branches.Still pretty beautiful back there, though.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. The boys and I saw "The Importance of Being Ernest"last night at the Christian school. All things considered, it was a nice way to spend Valentine's evening. Mandi -you did an awesome job as stage manager. Very proud of you.
2. Pro D Day tomorrow for both Max and Drew. "Are you going to take tomorrow off too, mom?" Max wanted to know. Love that he thought I might.
3. I've lined up 5 guys and my sister has borrowed a cube van for Saturday. We just might get those barns done this weekend. YAY.
