He even smiled.

"Who made you the boss of me?" I asked.
"Can't you just be a normal parent?" he lamented.
"Normal? Since when did you want a normal mom?"
Posted are the three pics I took.

How hard is it to plan a bridal shower for two brides?
Well, let me tell you.
I've spent 4 days just trying to nail down a date.
That was my goal: before I leave, have a date chosen. It's 11:30 pm and I'm still e-mailing key people (like the brides, their mothers-in-law, and so on) and I'm STILL not sure everyone can make it.
Deep breath.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.

And that's it for tonight.
I have about 3 hours of packing ahead of me. Because everytime I uncover something I think I should bring, I notice a mess I should clean. And it's not so much that I'm actually doing the cleaning, I'm just rearranging things so that if, you know, I don't make it back, they will be able to say, well, at least she was organized.
Mom, I'll blog or e-mail from Phoenix on Friday night.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Spring Break
2. Sunshine
3. Stew
Shalom,
