I've got this friend who has this job perk of being able to buy case lots of food at almost wholesale prices.
So she bought alot of cereal that had Free Movie coupons printed on the back.
The fine print revealed that they were only good on Sundays through Thursdays and they expired on May 16.
She had alot of coupons to use up this week, so we went to another movie tonight:

If we had read the fine print regarding this flick we would have discovered that it is not, in fact, a light romantic comedy. Like we were anticipating.

It dealt with a pretty heavy, heartbreaking issue that is going to haunt me for awhile.

Three things I'm thankful for:

1. Clint, Max and I took a load of crap from the garage to the dump this afternoon. Felt SO good to get rid of that garbage.

2. I got a cheque today. Unexpectedly. From the Herald for my article. Along with a handwritten note from the editor thanking me for submitting it.

3. After seeing that movie, I just feel so fortunate for my life.
