Wow. Dawesome.

Yes, I'm referring to The Office.
Again, because of Rachel, my favorite lines from this episode will be invisible. Hightlight them only if you won't be offended or angry:

Jim: Did I ever tell you why I left Scranton? Yeah, I didn’t think I had. Well, it was all about Pam. Yeah, I mean, she was with Roy, and I just couldn’t take it. I mean, I lost it, Dwight. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t concentrate on anything. And then weird stuff, like, food had no taste. So my solution was to move away. It was awful. And it is something that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. And that includes you.

Pam: Jim’s just really passionate about Italian food.

Jim: Yep, I’m very passionate about Italian food. In fact, um, I’m in love with Italian food.

Michael: Don’t sell your implants, please.

OH - Jenna (Pam) just posted something new on her blog.

I love this show.

New topic:

ER. They are totally setting it up for a Ray Barnett (Shane West) appearance, aren't they? Fingers crossed that there will be a scene where he and Neela kiss.

Other than that, it's been a typical quiet Thursday:

Kids had early dismissal, then Drew had 3 volleyball games (he's getting pretty good. I even smiled when he was on the court today) where I was asked to take photos for the yearbook, (which was , wow, hard and not fun because action shots in a gym taken under flourescent lights turn out pretty lousy) then I had another unpleasant spread-your-legs treatment to be followed by harsh words between me and my school aged sons who repeatedly assured me I don't understand that 'homework is not important', then while I was in the middle of doing dishes, and 15 minutes before The Office started some friends dropped by and at the same time Clint came home shivering because he and a friend had gone swimming in the ocean in the dark while it was raining and probably about 7 degrees outside but he's hardcore so it was no big deal.

I so love Thursdays.

THree things I'm thankful for:
1. Friends who drop by and pray for you on your doorstep. Kevin, Sharon, you guys rock. Wow. Next time I'll invite you in. I promise. And I'll let you stay and watch The Office with me. (Hopefully I'll have a TV in the family room that works, cuz the three of us watching the little TV in my bedroom is sketchy. )

2. The sweet phone call from Drew at 11. He wanted to let me know he'd done his homework. All of it. Sucks that we have to fight about it all the time.

3. Pro D Day for the kids tomorrow.

Shalom,
