I had also saved every letter that Vern, Joyce and Sherry wrote me in those ten years after Bible school. LONG letters on note paper in very tiny writing.
Plus I had saved every birthday, Christmas and Mother's Day card from 1983 til well, now as well.
Those boxes?
So many of them.
All overflowing.
Now? All gone.
