So not having a good night

Does anyone know where my hack saw is? The one we used to trim the trunk off our Christmas tree a month ago?
Or, any other garden tool that could be used as a weapon or toy?
Or, how about my copy of The Office, Season 3?
Or, the 4th disk of The Office, Season 2?
Or, the vacuum attachments?
Or, my other black flip flop?
Or, the cookie press?
Or, my good scissors?
Or, my camera's manual?
Or, the receipt for that X Box game that we wanted to return?
Or, the headphones for my personal DVD player?
Or, Clint's new snowboarding jacket?

As soon as I let my kids use the things around here - they disappear.
UGH.

And to top things off, know what? IT'S SNOWING AGAIN. AGAIN. WILL IT NEVER STOP?

On the other hand, Max is home. Although he said at suppertime, "I think I would have benefitted from another night in the hospital."

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. I'm going to Mexico on Saturday. yayayayayayayayay. Although, I'm taking my laptop and a WHOLE lotta work along.
2. Max is recovering. He is home. He is happy.
3. My mom spoiled me this evening... she made supper for us (roast chicken and roast potatoes, homemade chicken noodle soup, beef stew with pasta) and hired a pedicurist to come out to the house to give us both pedicures. You should see my toes. So cute.

Shalom,
