So, today?

Was awesome.
Know why?
I slept 11 hours straight on the world's most comfortable bed. I was in bed by 10 pm (which was really 8 pm our time) and didn't wake up til 9 am.

And when I woke up?
The sun was shining. And it was warm. And the house I woke up in was magnificent. And I sat on the back terrace, over looking the pool, enjoying the serenity of the golf course beyond. This is heaven.

And then?
We got in the truck and drove off to the mountains. To a tiny little town that has no McDonald's, paved streets or tanning booths. We strolled through town, ate mexican food in a mexican restaurant, and took 378 pictures. Holy cow, am I ever loving this holiday so far.

And tomorrow?
We're going to do nothing. Just sit by the pool, plan some meals, and maybe go grocery shopping after supper.
