At 11 pm he called and wondered what was taking me so long...

So, by special request... Drew's Long Weekend:
First, on Thursday night we went up to the cabin with 2 of his friends:
They were shooting little green balls out of Drew's air soft rifle from the deck...
Then they went for a long walk/swim over to "Turtle Rock" on Friday.On Saturday, we, well more about that later... but in the end we made it to Sun Lakes in Washington:
... where it was very hot. 109 degrees hot. (or 43 degrees in Canadian dollars).
Drew did alot of flipping,
and running up trees...
... and more flipping ....
We had an educational moment at the Interpretive Centre at Dry Falls...
... he did some rock climbing....
... and ...
... cliff diving...
... back flipping...
... and taking his sweet time entering the water....
... enjoyed a few laughs ,
...and a few more...
...was part of a group jump (that's him on the far left with the great push off.)
LOOK HOW FAR OUT HE'S JUMPED. My kid can fly.
And he played some mini golf:
When he wasn't complaining at me, he was smiling.
And now he's at his grandparent's house spreading sunshine and joy all over their place.

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Long weekends.
2. No boarder traffic on the way home.
3. Beds that aren't inflatable.
