Sunny September Sunday Afternoon

Sandra and Kaitlynn invited me to join them at my lake. We talked at length about generation Y And we took some photos. I refuse to lie down on gravel to get a shot. Kaitlynn was OK with it:

Gen Y:
They floated.
I didn't.

Instead I read my camera manual and learned what three buttons on my camera are for.
Doesn't this remind you of a children's television show character?:
The water was cold in this particular spot:
My photography class homework was to take a picture of "twisted". I thought this might do, but really? It won't.

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. On afternoons like this I can almost make myself believe that it's still summer; the happiest time on earth.
2. Laid back, spontaneous ideas.
3. I still have my bathing suit on. (Don't try for a visual. It ain't pretty. Besides, I've got a tank top and shorts on too.)

Shalom,
