His Wisdom Teeth Are Gone

He was a little green around the gills for most of the afternoon. In fact, after he took the gauze packing out of his cheeks, his eyes rolled back in his head and he had a spontaneous lie-down on the kitchen floor.

But he proved his manliness by ignoring the doctor's orders when he drove out to Abbotsford tonight. Grrrr.
Boys.

This was a week of unexpected additions to my calendar.
Clint's wisdom teeth surgery (he was put under) ended up being a two day debacle (when they say don't eat or drink ANYTHING, they mean don't eat or drink ANYTHING.) Plus there was a surprise project involving 200 candles ...

Luckily we are a family comfortable with the element of fire:

Mezmorizing...

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. I made it to Ikea (for candles) (who knew they were the cheapiest supplier of 6" tapers?) and back (with time for a 4 minute stop at my mom's place to visit the Ribbon Room upstairs and get red ribbon) before 9 pm so that I could watch The Office.
2. Clint is recovering nicely.
3. Lightbulbs.
Shalom,
