Coughing is Exhausting

Oy.

It's been suggested that I try a shot of apricot brandy or whiskey before I go to bed.
Hrmp. Might as well tell me to chug gasoline.

My kids are annoyed.
Angry even.

How can someone be mad at someone for coughing?
Not a drop of compassion in these boys. Not. A. Drop.

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. The new toy Clint brought into our home. A universal remote. ONE remote handles it all. It's like a magical miracle tool. I just had my first lesson on how to operate it. I took notes.

2. I had enough energy this evening to pull down about half of the Christmas decorations.

3. The weekend is so so close.

Shalom,

I send this to you, knowing I am well established as a professional cougher. Pneunomia, Bronchitus, every year since I was a baby until my twenties. Now, everytime I get a cold----every time-----I develop a cough that last for months. If it get it in January, the cough isn't gone until July. So, having said all that, I have also become THE EXPERT on cough remedies. Forget the whiskey. Doesn't work. This year my mother's doctor suggested she use Cloraseptic throat lozengers for sore throats to help her cough. I was desperate, after suffering through pulled shoulder muscles due to coughing.

Ta Dah. They work. I would never have known since it clearly says on the box for sore throats. I don't have a sore throat, I have a cough. But whatevers in those thingeys, it soothes the cough. Try them, it just might save you from coughing out a lung.
