Three things I'm thankful for:
1. I work for a great ministry.
2. I get to cross our country with the Van Yperens as they share their wisdom on conflict resolution. Maybe some of that wisdom will rub off on me.
3. I can hear the rain splashing up against my front window as I sit here in the quiet of the night, typing. What a soothing sound.
