Midnight

From the book "Everyday I Pray for My Teenager"

Heavenly Father, I cry out to You right now in the name of Jesus for our kids, knowing You will answer me. You know my children's hearts, and You desire to be the Lord of their lives. Cause their hearts to be receptive to Your spirit and Your word. Thank You for taking the blinders off their eyes and revealing Yourself to them.

Because Your word says that we can receive whatever we ask in Your name, I'm asking You in the name of Your son, Jesus to fill our kids with Your presence.

Allow us to hear You as You speak to us in Your still, small voice. Give us ears to hear. May our hearts never become calloused and may our love for You never turn cold. Thank you for being Lord over our lives.

Amen,
