"Here," she said as she tossed me a squishy, 5 pound, metallic-looking exercise thingy that looked like a bowling ball.
"I've got one too. As we walk we just toss our balls back and forth between hands, or swing it like this, or carry it like this, or hold it like this ..." she explained, enthusiastically, demonstrating how to add another work-out-element to our simple evening stroll.
It's a good thing to hang out with people younger than oneself.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. The books about England that Andrea's mom sent over. All kinds of beautiful.
2. It felt like Friday today. Yay. Two Fridays this week - today and tomorrow.
3. He's got the whole world in His hands. Including my loved ones.
