... my birthday celebrations, that is ...
Tonight the boys allowed me to take them out to the Keg for dinner.
They ate $150 in food.
Which is the price a mom pays to have 2 hours of her 3 boys' company.
A deal actually.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Clint (who is sick with a cold and maybe hopped up on cold meds and therefore unnaturally cuddly.)
2. Max (who gave me two hugs, spontaneously.)
3. Drew (who started writing an essay on his blackberry when the appy's arrived. That was his gift to me. He was doing his homework.)
Shalom,

I like your kids!
Hey, that's $150 total or $75 an hour. Cheaper than a good massage, a good hairdresser, a night in a fantasy room at West Edmonton Mall, cheaper than a princess makeover with costume at Disneyland...they did you a favor.
You did well. I'm glad for all the ways you were celebrated.

September? Of all my readers, I KNEW you would be the one who agreed with me that $150 was good value.
