What a fun, fun, fun Easter weekend.
Easter dinner at the cabin was with these fine folks:
Drew, Danica, Max (and 3 friends from New West), Mom and me. Turkey, Ham, etc with a whole lot of table-games playing thrown in as well.
An absolutely perfect celebration.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. A wonderful, totally surprising thing happened under my favorite weeping willow tree on Sunday afternoon. Will post pics soonish.
2. Saw my dad this evening... he only had a few words for me: "I want to get up." (Meaning 'get up and out of this bed I've been lying in for the past 50 days.') Oy. I still have a thing or two to learn from him. Because some days? I certainly don't want to get up. At all.
3. So very thankful that I got today off.
