Girl Cave

I went from sitting in the sun all weekend:

With my lawnchair right in the lake, reading:

(Or sitting on the lawn, eating rasberries, reading:)

To prepping my girl cave for the winter, where I'll hibernate, getting all white and pastey:

Thankful for Clint, who set it all up.
(Yes, I'll get a proper TV stand eventually. The TV will not forever be straddling the glass tables from the '70's ...)

This is probably going to sound dumb, but it felt like home when I sat on my couch.

For someone who craves sunlight, living in a non-windowed basement is a bit of a challenge. BUT a non-windowed basement IS the best way to watch a TV. Absolutely no glare.

In case you're wondering where the 70" TV and the red leather couches are:

We moved them.
One room over.

Girl caves are the bomb.

Three things I'm thankful for:

1. Grapes.
2. Sons.
3. Dreams.

Shalom,
xo
