WHY can't I post photos to my MSN spaces photo album? I have tried numerous times every day for weeks. Every. day. for. WEEKS.
They suggest I've used up my monthly limit of 500 uploads. But I haven't. Oh no. I have most definitely have not.
Then it might because I have a pop-up blocker enabled. But I disabled that puppy. Bring on the pop ups.
They are running out of excuses and I am so out of patience. It's gone bye bye. The patience that I had in abundance has been used up. I have had it.
So I've moved over to Flickr.
But I can't get a Flickr account. When I google flickr I am redirected to Yahoo. When I specifically painstakingly type the address www.flickr.com I get the yahoo photo page. When I go to the flickr albums of my friends, I click on the "sign up here to get your own flickr album" icon and am linked to the Welcome to Yahoo page.
Grrrr. I played this game back in March. Finally I gave up and opened a Yahoo album and posted James and Julia's engagement photos on it. But I don't like anything about the Yahoo system. I want a flickr album. *stamps foot*
Having limited (read no) option, I am in the process of posting the pics I took at Bill and Jo-Anne's wedding. "In the process of posting" meaning that I am blogging on my PC while my laptop has little puffs of smoke coming out of it's speakers while it works with Yahoo to upload the photos. The time clock estimates it will take 4 hours to get them ready for viewing. Have you ever heard of anything so retarded? FOUR (insert inappropriate explenative here) hours. What do you wanna bet that when those 4 hours are up, I'll get an error message? Something about pop ups or limit exceedition issues.
Please. Somebody. Recommend a good online photo sharing site that can handle approximately 200 larged filed photos a month.
I am going crazy.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. If this is the only thing I have to complain about, life can't be that bad.
2. Max helped me in the yard this evening. For 20 whole uninterupted minutes. We filled up 3 large (4 foot tall) plastic bags with weeds and pruned branches . He got to use the sharp weapon. I stuffed the cuttings into the bags. Teamwork. It's a beautiful thing.
3. Drew's coming home a day early! Yay. I've missed him. Bummer that I won't be around to welcome him back to the house that doesn't have a good online photo album. I'm gonna be sitting on a blanket at a park listening to a blues band with my niece not thinking about updloading images.
Shalom,

Just thought I'd mention that 3 hours have passed since I started uploading those wedding (oops, almost typed in weeding) pics. And Yahoo shut down: "Try again later"
Oh I think not Yahoo. I think not.
You could try www.webshots.com
We have some photos there under deank113. Take a look and see if you think it's feasible for you. The membership is free.
