A little bit at a time...

The tree is now decorated.

Drew, setting up our 17 year old train set. Still works. G.I Joes still like getting rides around the track.

The extent of my outdoor decorating efforts ... again, it looks best unfocused.

... the tree out by the road now has 7 strands of lights on it. And a very long extension cord.

Drew - getting ready for his first ever band concert.

He knew 2 of the 5 songs. He air-trumpeted the rest.

Three things I'm thankful for:

1. Clint gets next weekend off... we're going to Hemlock for a few nights. Yay.

2. Despite monsoon winds out there tonight, look, I'm blogging. We've got power.

3. Only 400 more pieces of mail to get to the post office tomorrow, and I'm done with mass mailings for this calendar year.
