Are you a lurker?

Lurk: noun - a person who reads a blog without ever identifying themselves. Kind of like a prowler, or peeping Tom in a non-threatening or icky way. Does that describe you? Hmmm? Does it?

See where it says "leave a comment" in bold caps? It makes it sound like a command. But it's not. It's just a friendly suggestion. Never let it be said that Jane bosses people around on her blog. Because she so doesn't.

Moving on...

Nuggets of wisdom from "Life's Little Instruction Calendar:
1. Don't put the candy dish next to the phone.
2. Don't ever regret any money spent on fresh flowers or books.
3. When apologizing, don't ruin it with an excuse.
4. Never speak ill of those who have had you as a guest in their home.
5. Remember, it's by your example that you most influence others.

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. A lazy Saturday. Time to take down the Christmas tree? Quite possibly.
2. I had the courage to delurk this weekend. I introduced myself to 2 bloggers ...
3. I have alot of airmiles. Way more than I thought. Feels like I've won the lottery.

Shalom,

Hi it's me Lynne. I am definitely NOT a lurker as I seems to always be putting my 2 cents worth in on your blog and not writing in my own. I'll try to do better in 2007.
