Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful and endures through every circumstance.
There are three things that will endure - faith, hope, and love - and the greatest of these is love.

Have you ever been to my house?
I have this funky glass-topped twig table in my front entrance. Four to five times a year I change the look of it, depending on the season.
Currently tis the season of love:

And finally, acknowledging that the lighting in my front entry is tungsten, I switched the setting and voila ...

In keeping with the love theme I've got going here today, I plan on finishing up book # 34 tonight:

I googled the title, hoping to download the image from the 'net, but apparently it's not all that well-known a book. So Max is modeling it for me. I picked it up last week, with the intention of giving it to Rachel the next time I see her. But after I read three of the chapters at random I got hooked and now I'm reading it cover to cover.
It's a collection of twenty six true stories from Candian writers - each one honest, personal and moving. I heart this book. (It's available from Costco, if you're interested.)

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Drew helped me wash my truck late this afternoon.
2. When I came into the house, Max asked, "Can I help you make supper?"
3. I'm thankful for the methodical way Clint troubleshoots. When I told him the speakers on my computer weren't working, he considered all the possibilities then one at a time, ruled out the obvious ones and disovered the problem. Then fixed it.
Peace and love to you this day,
