I think not.
This is my favorite day of the year. I love Thursdays anyways, but the Thursday before Good Friday? It's da best.
I completed everything on my to do list at work, I took Clint and Max out for sushi - where we visited for an HOUR and then. Then I watched The Office's extended episode.
The other good thing? (Or bad thing, I guess. No doubt the guilt about my lack of self-control will get to me shortly...) I ate a bag of small Cadbury Cream Eggs aka crack while watching Michael Scott negotiate a wage increase.
I lasted 95 days.
I should clear something up.
I have not bought or consumed a chocolate bar since January 1. Nor have I had hot chocolate with my morning muffin. No chocolate milk. No chocolate ice-cream.
However, if there are say, chocolate chips in the banana muffins, I am OK with that. And if there are chocolate chips in the cookies, I'll eat those.
So, while I haven't been totally chocolate-free for 95 days, I have decreased my daily intake by about 95%.
Too bad I didn't have it in me to go 100% for 100 days. But 95% is still an "A".
Happy Easter.
He lives.
And that's cool.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. It was 22 degrees today.
2. Strawberries.
3. Primroses.
Shalom,
