Yay. Friday. A Day Off.

I didn't have to go into to work today so I was free to get Drew up for work at 7:45 am. Yes, he now has a job, working a couple days a week for his dad.
Then I got Max over to his testing site. He wrote his first of three Unit Exams.
I had a spare hour so I had a second appointment with my hairdresser regarding my ponytailess hair. Now it's got some highlights.
I picked Max up from TWU, dropped him off at home and went up to Cultus to meet with a potential cleaning lady.
I arrived an hour earlier than our agreed upon time in order to load up all the sleeping bags, mattresses and camping supplies into my truck. For Creation. But instead, I sat down on the couch, tipped over and fell asleep. I woke up to her knocking.

Arrangements were made, she left, and then I hobbled as fast as I could, throwing blankets, duvet covers, pillows and bags into the back of my truck. I raced back to Langley so that I could pick up Drew from work at 4:30.

He called, though, just as I was getting on the freeway, and let me know he didn't need a ride. So I stopped in Abby for a few hours, mosied around House of James, sat in their coffee shop and read, then picked up Clint at 6:30.

Sandra and I had planned on seeing a movie, but in the end, her son, Dane, and Clint, Max and Jon decided to join us. Sort of. They would come to the theatre, but not watch the same flick. So while Sandra and I saw: they went to see Bruce Willis in Live Free Die hard.
Theirs was excellent apparently.
Ours was FABULOUS. I highly recommend it.
Good story.
Great acting.
Wonderful eye candy.
Go.
See it.
It's fun.
Really.
.
Afterwards the six of us met up at East Side Marios for a late dinner.
Yeah.
It was an awesome evening.
.
But to top it off, we stopped at:

To hang out with the book worms who had to purchase the new Harry Potter book at midnight.
Does it get any better than this?
.
.
.
New do:

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. That I was able to have a spontaneous hour long nap this afternoon.
2. That I was able to spend Friday night with my friend and our sons.
3. That Clint is here for night.
Shalom,

New hair so cute (what we can see of it)! Your ends must be SO healthy. Makes me want to give mine a choppy chop.
