I love playing scrabble.
The first 4 games I played, I won. So then I loved it even more.
Then I lost the following 5 games.
However, things are looking up:
I have 4 games on the go - and these are the words I have managed to use with great success:
- waits for 47 points
- quilting for 51 points (I was SO excited for this word. The word 'ting' had already been played, all I had to do was add the quil. Took 4 rounds for me to get the much needed u and i. I smiled for a long time after I played that one.
Then! I put down the word ligures and got 79 points because I used up all 7 letters. Smug and proud was I. Until Glen's next word was jaunting for 96 points. 96 points.
And you are not going to believe what happened next. Don't even try to guess.
I put down the word dismayed and got 104 points.
Even if I lose, I have inner peace about a game well played.
104 points.
I just had to tell someone.

Way to go! There have been only 3 times in your life when you are noch nicht so gut at SCRABBLE and those days are done. Can't wait to see you when we get home this time.
