Stalling.

It was fabulous today. Stunning.

An outstanding Autumn day here on the west coast. After I woke up from my boredom-induced nap this afternoon, I took my camera for a drive, determined that today was going to be the day that I played with shutter speeds.

So with my Canon Rebel on TV (Time Value) for shutter priority, I went looking for fall scenes to capture.

I ended up at Greenway Park in Cloverdale...

I wasn't the only chick with a camera in the park.

She spent all her time photographing trees.
I prefered shooting the empty pool.

This would have been a great shot for my homework 3 weeks ago, Twisted:

So. The Office is over. Drew and John have taken over the family room and I really, really have to get serious about finding something I've written that doesn't suck.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. September. The person. Your comment a few minutes ago made me laugh. Laugh out loud. For reals.
2. Andrea. Thanks for all your encouragement this week. I'm glad you're moving back to Langley.
3. The colour yellow.
Shalom,

These are my FAVORITE pictures ever! I love, love, love the colours! Is this something you learned from your class?

And thanks for the shout out! Looking forward to seeing more of you when we're back in town!
