Excellent. Disturbing. Colourful.

Some of the violence was difficult to watch, but you can always close your eyes through those parts...

After you see this you will be so thankful that you do not live in the slums of India.

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Arrggh. I think I'm getting a cold. Sore throat. Itchiness under the skin on my face. Burning eyeballs. Thank goodness I have the weekend to recover.

2. I am going to take some drugs and sleep as long as I want to.

3. I am thankful that it's Valentine's Day. I can express love to my kids by getting them a gift or two. This year it's t-shirts. I couldn't decide, so I bought 8 of them.

G'nite.

Saw Slumdog Millionaire also...what a well written story! Eye-opening view of our world in this day and age. Linda

Have you ever read anything by Rohintan Mistry? I have 2 of his books. Could only emotionally handle reading "A Fine Balance" - though imagine the other book I own (forgot the title) is just as good. We do indeed have much to be thankful for. . .
