She should NOT wear bangs

After a bit of a war inside my home this evening, I joined Sandra and Kaitlynn to watch this: Unfortunately, I spent most of the movie thinking two things:
1.those were the worst bangs I'd ever seen on a human
2.will Anne respond to Ron's newspaper ad and allow him to be her date at the Oscars.

On Saturday night, 5 of us celebrated Shelly's 45th birthday at a restaurant. They tucked us in the back into a cozy booth with a low bench seat. We all wanted to be on the end.

Sandra got one end because, while the rest of us had "issues" or "just didn't like being trapped in the middle", she had "claustrophobia and would not be able to breathe properly if had to sit anywhere but the edge." She's good. (In case you're wondering, the birthday girl got the other end because she had a sinus infection.)

When I got home, I finished this:

It was OK.

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Black clothes
2. A rich, full weekend
3. A son who is getting baptized later this month.

Shalom,

Thought of you as I was reading the front page of the Style section of the Vancouver Sun today (Tuesday). Sounds so much like your blog, and it's about bangs. Go figure . . . are you sure you don't ghost write for them? I laughed as I was reading it. Love reading your blog ~

Jane, read "The Gargoyle" by Andrew Davidson. I'm halfway through, and it might be the most fascinating book ever.Lots of themes, and I'd like to know what you think. - Sherry O

I read it a few months ago.

I'd LOVE to get together for coffee to talk about this book and life in general with you.
