I'm finally getting around to opening up the mail.
I keep putting it in the drawer, knowing it's just bills, receipts, statements and free credit cards.
Two months worth.
Two months worth of mail is alot of paper let me tell you. I'm ankle deep in opened envelopes and useless coupons.
Guess what? My personal rate of return on my work RRSP's (the ones I started a few years ago through the plan at work) was -28.05% in 2008. Basically I just threw money away.
I am never going to be able to retire. I will be processing donations and writing thank you letters until I'm 97.

You're still too young for this economy stuff to matter. By the time you're ready to retire, the economic cycle thing should be working in your favour!
