It's Happening

I'm really going to England.
Yeah, this is old news. I bought the tix a few weeks ago, but this afternoon/evening I spent HOURS googling it. And talking about it. And bookmarking favorite sites. And realizing I may have to sell not only my left kidney but possibly my right lung and 12" of blonde hair too. But it will be so worth it.

Castles. Cathedrals. Museums. Theaters. Beaches. Gardens. Hillsides.

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. I love weekends. We should have them more often.
2. Another stellar sermon in the Joseph series.
3. It was SuperBowl Sunday and people were here. Male people. Yelling at the TV in my family room. That's always nice. (The female people, who were far more composed, sat and talked in my living room. That's always nice too.)

Shalom,

Guess what?
The Olympic torch is coming through Langley tomorrow. I'm going to watch ... It's an Arrow field-trip. If my camera worked, I'd take pictures. (The battery was not the issue. Grr.)

I was happy to be part of the composed group in the living room.
