This is Abe Suderman, he and his wife Elaine, own and live at Shady Grove.
When you drive onto their property, this is what you see:
Yes. They have a 1950's gas station on their property.
And they have barns right out of the 'olden days'.
I was at the Suderman's "farm" as a participant in the Peace Portal Alliance Church's Photography Group's field trip.
Those old chicken barns?
Did not have fowls in there.
They were filled with CARS.
And soda pop memorabilia...
So. Much. Fun.

Wow Jane, what a shock to see Abe on your blog. He is my brother in laws uncle. I've been there a few times over the years and watched it all evolve. It's something else. The last time I went, the house was a new thing and I could have been their forever. What memories. Marj
