A Good Day

At this stage in my life my love language is service.

Today all three boys came home for 3 hours and helped me with stuff that needed to be done around here. They are my heroes. And I felt loved as they trimmed the boxwood hedge, fixed the fence, cleaned out the shed, packed up a load for the dump, did something to the TV so that something something something, and it was wonderful.

And then? Max offered to come back tomorrow after work and help some more and then he gave me a hug. And when Clint left, he gave me a hug as well.

I guess I'm a sucker for hugs too.

Clint, going online to activate something to do with Shaw, the TV and a black thing that came in the mail:

Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Warm evenings. Sons. Hugs.
2. Watching LOST DVD's with Drew.
3. Tomorrow is THURSDAY!

Shalom,
