So today was the day that I was supposed to start preparing my house and my heart for Christmas.
Yeah. I don't think that happened. For sure not in my house. Probably not in my heart either.
But I did decide to try harder to give December a chance. So that's something I guess.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Thank you, Vancouver Canucks, for beating the Sharks on Friday night. It so much fun being at a winning game. We never did connect with Max and Halee, (which was the reason I asked for tickets for that game in the first place) but Sandra, Drew, Danica and I all had great evenings regardless. Thanks, Mark, for the tickets.
2. Clint is here. Hanging out. And staying for night. LOVE that.
3. I finally said goodbye to my geraniums this afternoon. They looked fabulous right up until the minute they got snowed on. Best $100 I ever spent.
