I'm thankful for:
1. A LONG overdue visit with a friend where we talked about Calling and calling and careers and passion and kids and life and prayer and Christianity and in no way was two hours long enough.
2. Late night movies with "my" kids ... six of us met at the theatre to watch Rango, which was much fun. The story was weak-ish, but the images, characters, tech stuff was incredible. (If you're wondering, I wouldn't recommend this to children under 10. The 3 - 5 year olds in the seats behind us, who had bad wet coughs, and who put gum in Danica's hair, were WAY TOO YOUNG to: 1) be viewing this movie and 2) be up that late. (The movie ended at 11:15 pm)
3. It's sunny and bright today! Christine's daughter is getting married today! I'm going to hang out with Christine to be her right-hand-person-making-sure-table-candles-are-lit-and-sparkling-apple-juice-bottles-get-opened-and-be-the-taker-of-not-professional-pictures. I.Can.Hardy.Wait.
