Last Friday Night of the Summer.

What are you doing?
Wait.
Don't tell me. I don't want to know.

If you're one of the 4 people on the planet who is bored this evening, why not do what I'm doing? I am sitting outside, on my deck/patio/courtyard, with my laptop on my lap, waiting for the blue moon to rise, writing out my Christian Faith Perspective for a job that I'm applying for.

500 words.

From scratch.

What I believe.

When's the last time you did this? I know, right. Probably (if you're a Christian,) it was when you got baptized, or when you joined a church. (If you're not a Christian, it's likely you've never done this.) Why not spend this glorious final Friday of the summer pondering life's big questions? Who is God? Was Jesus His son? What difference does it make that He died and rose again three days later? (If you're camping with your family, at the PNE with your friends, laughing with your neighbours, watching Batman or Spiderman at the theatre, just carry on. You who have real social lives are exempt from this exercise...) The rest of you, play along with me. K?
