Slowly.
One day at a time.
One night at a time.
One dentist appointment at a time.
One work shift at a time.
One project at a time.
One pill at a time.
One nap at a time.
One conversation at a time.
One prayer at a time.
One miracle at a time.
I'm gradually, in God's perfect time, getting better.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. This is a season of sleep for me. I am so thankful that I love my bed. And that my couch is comfy too.
2. That during this season of decreased daylight, my private office at work has floor to ceiling (12 feet high) western facing windows.
3. And I am most thankful for the grace that has been extended to me from my family, friends and co-workers while I work at getting back to normal. Or work at finding a new normal.
Shalom,

It is so good to hear that you are finding your way and being gentle with yourself. Praying for you. And hey, we are past the darkest day - here come the sun!
