Some Days are Just Too Much Fun

This afternoon I took an extended lunch break so I could capture a few pics of my friend Janice's daughter in her prom get-up.

Oh, Tori.

You looked stunning.


When I got there, Tori and her cousin, Annie, were in the bathroom, putting the final touches on their hair and faces.

I took 864 but deleted 362 of them.

I burned 502 pics to a DVD for Tori, who likes editing.

And I posted 65 of my favs here. 

I just love days like this.

No emergencies at work.

An afternoon with my camera.

And dinner out with a friend.

Win. Win. Win.

Three things I'm thankful for:

1. The opportunity to be there when my friends celebrate the milestones in their lives.

2. It did not rain today. Thank you God, for providing perfect weather conditions for a photo shoot. 

3. Soup.
