 Oy. SUCH an emotional afternoon; so many tears. So many inspiring stories. So many affirming words. SUCH A LEGACY of prayer, compassion, fun, faith and fiscal responsibility. (He IS an accountant after all.)

Our President at Focus has resigned. His last day is Jan 1 but we said goodbye and celebrated all that God has done through him during the past 22 years today, with an intimate 4 hour Zoom meeting with 10 million participants.

Thanks, Terence (and Joyce) for being the ultimate role model(s) of servant leadership. You are going to be missed tremendously. My years at Focus have been the highlight of my work-life because of the culture you've established and the compassion you have shown. Listening to you pray, watching you play, reading your writing, and hearing your heart has been a privilege. Grateful that I had the opportunity to work with you.

The LORD bless you and keep you;
the LORD make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you:
the LORD turn His face toward you
and give you peace.

Amen
