1. Yesterday morning I dropped both boys off at school at 8:15. As Drew stepped out of the truck he moaned in pain... He had forgotten his shorts at home and he needed them for PE. They were going to actually wrestle in PE, and he'd been looking forward to it all month.
2. I drove back to the school on my way to work to drop off Drew's shorts.
3. I picked up Drew afterschool at 2:30
4. I went back to pick up Max at 3:30 after Philosophy Club.
5. Drew didn't bring home his homework ("It doesn't matter.") ("YES, IT DOES.") So I drove him over to the school at 6:00 pm to get it.
6. Back to the school from 7:30 - 9:00 pm for a grad meeting.
7. Max has an early morning yearbook class - drove him to school at 7:15 this morning.
8. Dropped Drew off at 8:15 am
9. Just noticed that he forgot the money I had put out for him so that he can buy his supper on the mountain. (He is going snowboarding with the school this afternoon.) So I'll be dropping by the school again to drop off some cash.
10. Will go back at 2:30 to pick up Max.
11. And tonight, at 9:00 pm? Back again to pick up Drew.
What? Isn't this normal? 11 trips to the school in 24 hours?
