Links. Check these out. SERIOUSLY - do it.

Do you know what SPOKEN WORD is?
It's like poetry, said out loud. With drama. And flair. And it is all kinds of wonderful.

I just heard Sarah Kay's Ted talk and I absolutely love it.
I'm not the only one who thinks so. She got TWO standing ovations.

Take 20 minutes and listen. So, so good:

Right?

Did you watch?
Why not?

Ok. I won't hassle you, but I think you should.
Sarah is an amazing communicator. Brilliant.

So, what three (or ten things) do you know to be true?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Have you ever heard of Caitlin Crosby?
Me either.
But she? Is pretty awesome.
Kinda like Sarah (above).
Got a few more minutes?
Listen to her, here:
Inspiring, no?
"Love your flaws."
"Don't wait for leaders. Just do it on your own. Person to person.
And do it because you care."
"Thank you for the bumps and bruises, all the roads nobody chooses... didn't know I could be broken til you came and cracked me open..."
So good.
And lastly,  another inspiring young person... this time a 23 year old guy:
"David Pomerantz, 23, does not look like a pro-lifer or a practicing Christian. He looks like a vegan hipster with emo hair. As a matter of fact, he sort of is a vegan hipster with emo hair. If you visit his loft apartment in an industrial section of downtown Dallas, he will offer you fermented tea with organic honey. You can lounge in a beanbag chair and talk about art while he surfs his Macbook and plays indie music and talks about Jesus."
Read, what he's up to, HERE. It's an abortion clinic's worst nightmare.
Amazing, yes?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Know what?
I love our kids' generation.

THEY ARE GETTING MARRIED: Congrats Jon and Kirstie:

I haven't got the hang of my new camera yet. I keep getting error messages, after every third or fourth photo, so I know I'm doing something wrong...

But if you want to see some fuzzy, out of focus pics from today's wedding, click HERE.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. Young love.
2. Youthful enthusiasm.
3. Saturday night; church and a walk around Mill Lake. I don't think it gets better than that.
Shalom,
