Thankful for:

1. Babies. And all the hope that accompanies them.

This is Jack. He's Maxine's first grandchild. Tonight we showered him with love and gifts.
And I held him for half an hour. Twas magical.

2. I am thankful for movies that are based on true events.

If you ever wondered what REALLY happened in the States in 2008, go see this film. Ignore the bad language. Be entertained and horrified at the same time.


3. I am thankful for friends who watch movies like The Big Short with me, AND bring me gifts from Cambodia. Haha. Tuesday was such a good night.
