My work place is 20 blocks further south than my mom's house.
This is what Fall looks like outside my office: (80th Ave)
This is what Fall looks like further north (104th Ave):
Exactly one week ago, (last Thursday) these trees were STUNNING in their brilliant crimson dress clothes. By Monday, they were mostly naked.
Shortest season ever.
Three things I'm thankful for:
1. The trees that line the street my office is on. They are taking their sweet time switching from summer wear to Fall wear.
2. Annual Thanksgiving Potluck Lunch at work today. Turkey, dressing, gravy, cranberries and a million side dishes. #FavoriteSeason
3. The long weekend starts tomorrow. At 3 pm. I'm going underwear shopping to celebrate. Whoo hoo.
Shalom,
